Kaye was born on May 23, 1946. She attended Jacksonville State University and worked many years as an administrative assistant for Bell South.
Kaye was a devout Christian and strong in her faith. She was a member of Central Park Methodist Church and later The Church at Old Town (formerly Helena First Baptist Church). She walked the walk in everything she did in her life glorifying Jesus Christ.
Kaye enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and grandchildren (who affectionately called her "Mimi") in addition to watching classic old movies and the grass-cutter guy on YouTube TV. Her favorite foods were barbecue, shrimp, her potato salad, her English pea salad, and her sister’s German chocolate cake. Her passion was sending cards to everyone for whatever the occasion or need might have been.
Kaye loved Jesus, her family, and her many friends. She had truly never met a stranger, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
