On December 25th, 2020 our beloved mother and MeMe, Loraine Sullivan was received into Heaven in the arms of our Lord after a long journey with Alzheimer’s. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Jerry Joseph Sullivan in 2007 and her oldest child Pat, in 2019. She is survived by four children, daughter Karen Sullivan Brannum (Steve), daughter Connie Sullivan LaRock (Joe), son Joe Sullivan, son Bill Sullivan (Palma) and cherished Daughter-in -law, Jean Hicks Sullivan. The devoted grandmother of 14 and great grandmother of 24 will be greatly missed as the matriarch of her large loving family. She was a devoted member of Saint Peter’s Catholic Church. There will be a graveside service Saturday, January 2, 2021 for the immediate family. A ‘Celebration of Life’ will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers it is suggested any funds be donated to the Pat and Jean Sullivan Comprehensive Cancer Survivor Care Program at UAB Hospital.
