She was a longtime and dedicated employee of Belk Corporation, where she worked for many years before retiring. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 35 years Vincent J. Russo.
Survivors include her children, Mary Ann Conchin (Gary), Sammy Russo (Bonnie), and Linda Fievet; her grandchildren, Melissa Flannagan (Taylor), Jason Conchin (Jillian), Sammy V. Russo, Gary Conchin (Karla), Michelle Baird, and David Fievet Jr. and her sister JoAnn Leon; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
She will be remembered for her long life, her devotion to God and to her family, and the many lives she touched.
A Visitation will be held at Saint Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 2061 Patton Chapel Road, Hoover, AL 35216, US, on March 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
A Funeral Service will be held at St Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 2061 Patton Chapel Road, Hoover, AL 35216, US, on March 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM with Burial to follow in Elmwood Cemetery Block 44, 600 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Birmingham, AL 35211.
