Lockhart, Margaret Sherrill, 71 went to be with her Lord peacefully, with her family by her side on Thursday, March 17, 2011. Margaret centered her life around her family as a loving wife and mother, and her church, Trussville First United Methodist Church where she was very active as a teacher for the Tyler Wesley Sunday School Class for many years, United Methodist Women, and the Dorcas Circle. She enjoyed the company of friends around the table playing canasta. She retired from Regions Bank with over ten years of service. Margaret is survived by her husband Pete Lockhart of fifty years, two sons, Richard Lockhart (Andrea), Matthew Lockhart (Carol), one brother Wofford Ross McGee III (Virginia) of Colorado, one grandchild, Wendy Boothe (James), two great-grandchildren, Michael Ellis, Hunter and Jakob Boothe. Her memorial service will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, March 20, 2011 from Trussville First Methodist Church.
