Salmon, Paul Elijah Luke “Big Daddy” age 90 passed away Tuesday July 15, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife Clara Nell Salmon,.father Will C Salmon, mother Maggie Maples Salmon, brothers, Charlie Salmon, James Salmon, Joseph Salmon, sister Mary Salmon Hosch
He is survived by son Jerry (Evelyn) Salmon, daughter Carolyn (Sandy) Moore and son Jimmy Salmon.
Grandchildren, Kimberly and Lance Moore, Amy (Caleb) James, Jeremy (Ashley) Salmon. Great- grandchildren, Camden Dean Moore, Kaylie and, Carter James and Kim Scarvey.
He is also survived by his brother in-law Tommy McDonald and special friend and caregiver Janet Baier.
Mr. Salmon was a member of Ridge Crest Baptist Church, he was a volunteer in the Lab. at St. Vincent’s East and was retired from Sunnyland Refining Company.
Funeral service will be Friday July 18, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with interment to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5 until 7 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel.
