Powell David Tucker, age 76 of Springville, went home to be with the Lord Friday, March 4, 2016. Mr. Tucker was preceded in death by his parents Walter Ace and Hazel Mae Tucker; first wife Violet Leachman Tucker; son Walter David Tucker; brother Grady Charles Tucker; and son-in-law Edward C. Jackson.
He is survived by his wife Martha Tucker; daughter Alandra Tucker Owens (John); son Lance Tucker (Gay); grandchildren Jesse, Tucker, Jonathan, and Taylor-Noel; and great-grandchildren Marley, River, and Macey. “PT” lived to work and could do anything and everything.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
