Shirley Kay Looney, age 73 passed away Sunday, July 30 2017. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Harold Looney and two children, Melinda Looney and Frankie Looney, as well as 2 grandchildren Brenden Bowden and Nicholas "Nick" O'Neal. A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery with visitation one hour prior to the service at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel.
