Stacy Waits, age 34, passed away on Thursday, February 11th, 2016. Stacy loved people and the environment. She was a devout Christian, very caring and compassionate, always there to lend a helping hand. She is survived by her mother, Cheryl Snow; fiancé, Cedric Jones, and her Aunt Jerri and Uncle Paul Davidson. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 14th at 3:00 pm at Elmwood Cemetery.
