

Virginia was a lifelong Birmingham resident. She was born on June 11, 1932. She graduated from Ensley High School. Upon graduating, she was employed as a bookkeeper for Central Auto Supply Company, where she had a 35 year career. After retiring from this position, she worked at Dixieland Produce, Inc.
Virginia had many interests in life. She loved to travel and enjoyed sharing her experiences. She was an avid reader, which made her an incredible conversationalist. She was known for her sense of humor, quick wit, and ability to make people laugh. She never met a stranger. She loved her family and cherished her role as a beloved aunt.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Mary Angrisano; brothers, Neal Angrisano and Augustine Angrisano, and her best friend and cousin, Vincent Angrisano. She is survived by her niece, Sherrie Angrisano; nephews, Steve Angrisano and Michael Angrisano of Dallas, TX, and many great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church with a funeral mass following at 10:30 AM. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery.
Mask and social distancing is required at the church.
