BAKER, WALLACE R., age 89 of Birmingham, passed away Monday, November 30, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mary G. Baker; daughters, Jane Baker Jinright (Ronnie) and Connie Baker Thomas (Tommy); grandchildren, Holly, Heidi, Ron, Bradley and Allison; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Wallace was a veteran of WWII Pacific theater having served in the U.S. Navy and has been a member of Huffman Baptist Church for 48 years. His family will receive friends on Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 10-11 AM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with his service beginning at 11 AM with Bro. Larry Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
