Walter Savage Williams, Jr. age 68 of Birmingham stepped into heaven on August 24, 2015. He was born on February 20, 1947. Walter was a Pipe Fitter and Steam Fitter of Local Union 91 for 38years. He was a founding member of Christian Life Church on Valleydale Road and a member of Sons of Confederate Veterans. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 42 years, Jamie N. Williams; his daughters Stacy W. Pavey (David) of Montevallo and Tracy W. Hall (Kevin) of Maylene. Grandchildren: Konnor Pavey, Kira Pavey, Karson Pavey and Graham Hall; two sisters, Cynthia Hendricks of Birmingham and Diana Quinones of Pelham.
