William "Billy" Thomas Gilmore passed away on January 29, 2021. He is predeceased by his parents Gilbert and Elizabeth Gilmore and his wife, Patsy Gilmore. He is survived by his children Lisa and Eddie Kirby, Kristi and Joe Serio, Toni and Frankie Portera, Larry and Lachelle Rider, Kerry and April Rider, Stacy and Isaias Garcia; His sisters, Betty and Buddy Ramey, Francis and Jim Paige, Christy and Alan Shinn. His life included 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He is also preceded by his best friend (dog), Honey. He also enjoyed all of his friends at Birchall Apartments. He was loved by many friends and relatives and will be missed.
Due to current COVID restrictions, on Wednesday February 3, 2021 at 11am, there will be only a graveside service. The graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, 600 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Birmingham, AL 35211.
