William was the beloved son of Lee and Beverly Powell, the devoted husband of Jerre Anne Powell, and a loving father to Brannon Powell, Lindsey Davis, Taylor Powell, and Stacie Hawkins. He was also a cherished Papa to 10 grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense joy. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
