Charles William (Bill) Winkler, 90, passed away at the Colonel Robert L. Howard Veteran’s Home in Pell City, Alabama on Sunday, December 15.
He is survived in legacy by his wife, Mary Anne (Stouder) Winkler, his daughters, Kathy Winkler Fournier and Becky Meyer, and grandchildren, Cole (24) and Caspar (17).
A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Valhalla Memory Gardens; 310 N. Johnson Ave.; Bloomington, Indiana. The Monroe Veterans Honor Guard will perform military rites.
