Dana Reed

Dana Sue Martin Reed, age 59, of Bloomington, died Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Born December 24, 1951 in Unionville, Indiana, she was the daughter of David Eugene and Dora Florence (Lavender) Martin. She was a homemaker.

Dana enjoyed crocheting, writing songs, poems, fishing, and listening to music, especially Elvis Presley

Dana is survived by a daughter, Donella Craft, of Unionville, Indiana and a son, Richard Dean Reed, of Terre Haute, Indiana. Three brothers, William Dewayne Martin, of Linton, Indiana; Jack Dewight Martin, of Martinsville, Indiana and Basil Dale Martin, of Unionville, Indiana. Three grandchildren, LeDonna Sue Roberts, Michael David Craft, and Sara Lynn Craft. Two great grandchildren, Elizabeth Sue Roberts, Wynona Christine Roberts. And many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother and one sister, Donna Lynn Martin.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:30pm at Day Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Goodmon officiating. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:30a to 1:30pm. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery.
