Gilda F Epstein, age 98, of Bloomington, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025. Born December 31st, 1926 in Connecticut to Samuel and Ida (Brazel) Frankel.
Gilda spent almost all of her life in New York City before moving to Bloomington to be with her sister Charlotte Gerrard in 2000.
Gilda taught at Indiana University until her retirement. In her life there was one constant from childhood until her passing that was reading.
Gilda was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved sister Charlotte Gerrard.
Graveside services will be held at Valhalla Memory Gardens on Tuesday January 28th 2025 at noon.
