

Jim retired from Pepsi Corporation as a truck driver. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, being outside, and getting together with his family for cook-outs. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Kay Cain Pfaff; his three daughters, Jacqueline Sue Sexton and her husband Bradley, Pamela Kay Cooper and her husband, Michael, and Donitta Mae Pfaff; two sisters, Lillian Mullis and Lucille Byrd; two brothers, Richard Pfaff and Everette Anderson; five grandchildren, Katelynn Sexton, Abby Pfaff, Natasha Cooper, Cymbre Cooper, and Brandon Cooper; two great grandchildren, Jaysnlee and Mackenzie Perry; and many other beloved family members.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Donitta Sue Pfaff; his step-father, Fred Anderson; and a sister, Connie Hall.
Funeral services to celebrate his life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 2, 2014 at Day Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Smithville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Day Funeral Home.
