Lois Maxine Gray of Bloomington, passed away in Richland Bean Blossom Nursing Home on December 27, 2013 at the age of 92. She was born and raised in Bloomington to the late James and Dora(Livingston)Barger.Lois was a 60 year member of Pentecostal Faith and was President of the Ladies Auxiliary at E. 16th Pentecostal Assembly. She enjoyed quilting, crafts and spending time with her family.Lois is survived by her son David (Jenny)Gray, daughter-in-law Leah Gray, Cathy Meyer, 6 grandchildren: Brian(Crystal)Gray Sean(Natalie)Gray, Heather Gray, Adrian(Brandon)Abernathy, Angela Adair, Holly McCullough, 7 great-grandchildren: Andrew, Rachel, Zachary and Rubie Gray, Gavin Abernathy, Lydia and Brayton Adair and many nieces and nephews.Lois is also survived by her brother Dick Barger and two sisters: Patricia(Harold)Fabriz and Virginia Johnson.She was preceded in death by two sons: Robert and Mark Gray, three brothers:
George, Bill and Hershell Barger, three sisters: Frances Fielder, Gloria Jean Barger, and Helen McCullough.
Friends may call on Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 2-6 p.m. in Day Funeral Home, 4150 E. Third St. Bloomington, IN 47401. The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. also in the funeral home. The Rev.Michael Douglas officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Cemetery.
