Sharon Joy Ross

Sharon Joy Ross, 64, of Bloomington died unexpectedly in her home on Monday June 4, 2018. She was born March 17, 1954 in Indianapolis to James Boone Ross and Joy Perlick Ross. She was retired from General Electric. Survivors include her brother; Steven Ross and his wife Ruthann of Indianapolis, two sisters; Kathryn Bloodgood of Indianapolis and Susan O’Bryan and her husband Dannie of Pendleton, two nieces, Hillary Patterson and Katie Bloodgood, two nephews, James Ross and Jonathon Ross, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Sharon participated in many activities including the annual Indiana Pow Wow, she volunteered with Friends of Feline Rescue Center in Defiance, Ohio, she collected rocks, enjoyed all animals, loved being outdoors, hiking and photography. There will be a Memorial Service at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home.
