Vicky was kind, compassionate and highly intelligent. Her caring attitude, coupled with her knowledge and skill made her an exceptional therapist, teacher and friend. She will be sorely missed.
I only wish she had been as kind to herself as she was to others. Rest easy Vicky, you certainly deserve it.

I am so sorry for your loss. Vicky was such an inspiration to me when I was a respiratory therapy student in her program in 1985-1986. I was always amazed at how she could rattle off so many things like a walking encyclopedia in every course she taught. More than 20 years later, I spoke with her, as a colleague, and asked her to present some continuing education for the sleep technologists statewide and she happily helped us out on more than one occasion. Some of us who knew her got a kick out of her providing our education by going through the slides of the presentation with her eyes closed. She read the slide, closed her eyes, and that encyclopedia- charm took over. Vicky was such a great educator, but she will be remembered for being such an awesome, sweet, and caring person.
