Kathy, I have known you for such a long time and you have been so sweet to me.  We had such a good time with the Galveston adventure and our cruise.  I don't think I'll ever forget the fun we all had.  You, Debra and Patsy have given me so many laughs and pleasure in my life.  Thank you for the memories.

Some of my favorite memories of growing up were trips with my Aunt Kathy. She helped instill a love of seeing the world and embracing new experiences. I will miss her so much, she was more than a member of my family, she was a great friend. xStacy

To Kathy's family. My prayers and condolences go out to you at this time. Several times over the years I have wondered where Kathy landed in life. It appears she had a very happy life. I met Kathy in Mrs. Hurst's first grade class at Bell's Hill Elementary School. We were friends that year. I played with her during recess. What I remember is that she was a very sweet and kind friend. Please take care of her memory in this life.

I will always miss you.  You have been a great friend for all these years.  You have been like a sister to Debra and me.

Our time spent in Colorado, with Kathy and her family are some of my favorite memories. After only just meeting me, she was warm and caring and made me feel at home. I'm sending lots of love to Kathy's family.

Ken and I want to express our condolences to Kathy's family. I will remember her as a very patriotic American, loving Aunt and a good friend to her friends in Texas.  
May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He wrap His arms around you and be gracious unto you.  May He turn His countenance toward you and give you peace.

Taylor and I often think about that wonderful week we spent with you a few years back. You opened your home to us and I couldn't have been more happy to spend some quality time with you. That week we cooked meals together, talked politics, chatted about life and bonded. You're a beautiful spirit that nobody will ever forget. Kathy, I will always cherish the time when I visited Colorado and you and Patsy took me to see all the sites. I always considered you as one of my Aunts... and you were the cool one who loved Shakespeare.

Kathy, I will miss our long talks about crazy things, world affairs, problems that we thought we could solve if we were in charge and most of all talks about how much you loved Sally and I love Andy and Kaitlyn and how proud we are that they have grown in to such wonderful adults.  Kathy thanks for being my friend all those years ago.  Kathy may you now rest in peace.  I love you family just like they are my own.  You had the most wonderful dad in the whole world.  I could only wish for a sister like yours.  Your nephews and nieces loved you very much.  You will be greatly missed.  I loved how you impressed on the younger girls in the family that education was important and that women had to make their own way in this world.  Good for you!
