She was born April 6, 1921 in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Robert Byron Walton, her son William Weaver, and her grandsons Bobby Wayne Thompson and Billy Weaver.
Jerry managed the kitchen at the Bradenton Kiwanis Hall for 16 years. She loved to macramé, bowl, cook and play bingo, but her passions were gardening and her pets. She often said her garden was her church.
Jerry is survived by daughters Carol Lancaster, Sandra Drach (Rocky) and Susan Klein, grandchildren Robin Hartley, Becky Donato, Ralph Costantino Jr., Jason Lancaster, MaryJo Swan, Logan Drach, Daniel Drach and Robert Weaver, and by four great-grandchildren.
A private service will be held at a later date.
