Ina was a beloved and cherished individual, who was born in Polk County, Florida, on April 13, 1934. She had a fulfilling career in medical billing for Southern Regional, where her dedication and expertise were highly valued.
Ina had so much love for her family.She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Phipps, her 3 sons George Taylor Jr, Walter Gary Taylor, and Eugene Allen Taylor, Daughter in law Tina Taylor, Grandson Eric Taylor, Granddaughter Michelle Vernon, and son in law Brian Vernon. Ina is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Dixon, and her son-in-law, Ricky Dixon. She leaves behind her grandchildren, Jenny Fitzmayer, Dana Taylor, and Daniel Taylor, as well as four great-grandchildren, Tyler Goodson and Alexis Taylor Grubb, and twins Connor and Chloe Vernon
