James (Jim) Arthur Cameron, 72, of Bradenton, FL, passed away on October 23rd, 2023 at home. Jim was born in Sayre, PA, to Harrison and Virginia Cameron on December 8th, 1950. He graduated from South Windsor High School (Connecticut) in 1968, and later earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Bates College (Maine) and an Associate’s Degree in nursing from St. Petersburg Junior College. His early careers include teaching high school, and being a tool and die machinist, and he later retired from Bay Pines VA Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. James enjoyed travel, many various hobbies, and was a member of the Hartford Evergreen #88 A.F. & A.M. Masonic Lodge in Connecticut.
Jim is survived by his wife, Jeannie of Bradenton, his son, Morgan of Sandusky, Ohio, his brother, Carl Mcneil of Strongsville, Ohio, and two grandchildren, Jillian Cameron and Conner Cameron. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Travis.
