Joseph W. Gallagher, 71, passed away at home on November 6, 2011. He was born in Hartford, Connecticut on April 21, 1940.
Gallagher leaves behind his wife Caroline, four children, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, loved the New England Patriots, the Boston Red Sox and NASCAR.
He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends who loved him. Services are under the direction of Manasota Memorial Funeral Home, and are private at the family’s request.
