Patricia was employed by the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Department as a booking technician. She retired in June of 2010 after 35 years of dedicated service.
Patricia Eyears is survived by her two children, Lindsay J. Eyears of Columbus, Ohio, and Deborah K. Cruse of Bradenton, Florida. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Cynthia Cruse, Michael Cruse and Olivia Eyears. Patricia was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Visitation and Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Woodland Community Church, 9607 East State Road 70, Bradenton, Florida 34203. Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia Eyears’ name to the Honor Sanctuary at 8435 Cooper Creek Blvd., University Park, Florida 34201, or www.honorsancturary.org.
