Spencer was our sweet little angel and strong fighter. He was our special gift and taught all of us how to live life to its fullest even in the face of tough challenges and battles. He enjoyed swinging in his swing, getting rubs on his head, getting his chest pats (and playing his fall back game to get more) and making “eyes” at the ladies (especially the nurses). We will miss our sweet little boy but he will never be forgotten.
He is survived by loving parents, John and Stacey Vertich; Siblings Kylee, Mason and Shelby Prince and Ethan Vertich; as well as grandparents, Bill and Connie Riley and Louis and Carolyn Vertich.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 21, 2016 at Manasota Memorial Park and Funeral Home; 1221 53rd Avenue, Bradenton, FL, 34203. Family will receive friends for a time of visitation 5:00-6:00 PM. Service will begin at 6:00 PM.
