

Virginia T. Goulet also affectionately known as “Ginny” went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 27, 2021. Virginia was born October 14, 1934, to Hedwig (Edna) Wasilewska and Archille Arsenault. Known for her natural beauty and a heart to match, Virginia was very much into the beauty and fashion industry. After graduating she opened her first of many businesses “Elegante Coiffures” in Worcester, MA. Virginia was married to Joseph Bertrand Goulet in 1952 who predeceased her in death. In August 1998 she married the love of her life, Roland LeBlanc, in Las Vegas, NV, a favorite destination.
Virginia's professional accomplishments beauty world to include Regional Executive for Revlon Cosmetics; and distributor of artwork for the world-renowned Edna Hibel. Her real love and calling was ministry and saving souls for Christ.
Virginia was the President of Virginia Goulet International Ministries Inc, and a well-known, long time Florida based minister. She was a businessperson and community worker. Virginia Goulet, Inc. is an affiliation of Key Ministries Business Firms and Individuals who have a passion to improve the quality of life in America and the world. Virginia has been a successful businessperson with tenure in corporate America. Her business background has brought her into relationships with key ministry, business and governmental leaders in the United States and from around the world. Virginia's heart was for the homeless, widowed and orphans. She has helped build an orphanage in Israel, supported ministries in Israel, built wells in Africa and fed the homeless in the United States.
Virginia is survived by her sister Janet Dumas of Maine and the family of her brother, Edward Arsenault who passed away in 2018. She will be remembered by her nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held Wednesday, September 8 at 7:00 p.m. at Robert Toale & Sons Funeral Home at Manasota Memorial Park.
