Louanne was born in Newton on January 19, 1947 to the late Russell and Beatrice (Lertora) Utter. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a municipal clerk for 31 years. After her retirement, she worked as a 911 operator for an additional 10 years. Louanne volunteered for the Blue Ridge Rescue Squad for over 25 years. She owned and operated Market 206 Flea Market and Fashion for Less. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed creating art.
Louanne is survived by her sons, Thomas White and Shane White and his wife Jennifer; her grandchildren, Dylan and Tara White and her siblings, Kay Kronyak and her husband Dan, Brenda Utter, Leroy Utter and his wife Kim, Mark Utter and his wife Barbara, Deborah Speer, Keith Utter and his wife Theresa and Suzanne Palenski and her husband Joe. Along with her parents, her grandson, Kyle White, predeceases Louanne.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 16 Main Street, Branchville, NJ. Interment will be held privately at Walpack Cemetery at a later date.
