Carl passed away after a courageous battle with lung cancer, surrounded by his loving family. Carl was born in Haskell, Texas and moved to California at the age of 5 and attended Brentwood Schools. He spent four years in the US Navy. He married Patricia Long in 1953 while stationed in San Diego and returned to Brentwood.
Carl is survived by his wife Pat and 3 children: Karen (John) Mancuso, Mike (Roxanne) and Mark (Gina) Casey; 7 Grandchildren: Matt (Danielle) Mancuso, Dante (Jackie Anderson) Mancuso, Nicholas, Natalie, Marinna, Courtney and Dylan Casey.
Friends and Family are invited to a visitation on Monday June 21, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. and a funeral on Tuesday June 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Brentwood Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Brentwood Union Cemetery. A memorial scholarship fund will be established in Carl's memory.
