E. Leilani Moore

December 20, 1965 – May 8, 2013

Leilani Moore, resident of Brentwood, Ca. passed away on Wednesday May 8th after her courageous 6 month battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family.

Leilani was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and came to California at the age of 9 months. She worked for 25 years in the stone industry where she met and lit up so many lives with her beautiful smile. She loved the outdoors, wildlife, water sports, photography, dancing like no one was watching and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her mother Mary Moore of Brentwood, Husband Christian Jensen of Brentwood, Daughter Jennifer Giovacchini of Brentwood, Son Nicholas Jensen of Brentwood, Sister Kimberly Moore of Rohnert Park, Lifelong friend Vincent Giovacchini and family of Petaluma, as well as numerous relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her Father John R. Moore, Jr. , Grandfather Joseph Mori, Grandmother Maria Mori, Grandfather John R. Moore, Sr., Grandmother Elizabeth Tuner, Aunt Jean Malfatti and Uncle Joe Mori.

She will be loved and missed by all.

A Rosary will be held at 2:30pm with a Celebration of Life following at 3:00pm on May 15, 2013 at Brentwood Funeral Home, 839 1st St. Brentwood CA. 94513. There will be a reception following services at their family home in Brentwood.
