Goldie was born June 19, 1910 and left to be with our Lord August 24, 2012. Goldie will be remembered Thursday August 30, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Brentwood Funeral Home in Brentwood, CA. and laid to rest at Oakmont Memorial Park, Lafayette, CA. Goldie is survived by her daughter Lorena N. Tasin, grandchildren Paul Tasin & spouse Kathleen, Sharen Clark & spouse Lewis, Betsy Clark & spouse Rick, Wayne Russell & spouse Sandy, Bruce Russell & spouse Rita, Donna Newpher, and Sandy Berejkoff. Also,16 Great Grandchildren, and 27 Great-Great Grandchildren. Goldie was preceded in death by her husband George Nellis, 3 daughters, Joanne Nellis, Helen Wilson, Arlene Croman and one grandson Gene Croman. Goldie was a long time member of the St. Michael’s & All Angels Church, and she was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting. The family would like to thank all of the friend, volunteers and Hospice workers for all of their loving care.
