Born on November 20, 1949, Jack was the beloved son of Larry and Wilma Middleton. Proud of his roots, he resided in Brentwood, California. A patriotic man, Jack served his country with honor and distinction as a member of the United States Army from 1970 to 1972.

On October 14, 1973, Jack married the love of his life, Karen Taylor, and they embarked on a remarkable journey together. For five decades, their marriage stood as a testament to unwavering love, mutual respect, and unbreakable bonds. Jack and Karen's partnership became the foundation of a beautiful family that flourished throughout the years.

In 1975, their joyful union brought forth their first daughter, Jennifer Elaine Middleton. Three years later, they welcomed their second daughter, Natalie LeAnn Helbling, in 1978. Together, they created a nurturing and loving home in Manteca, California, where their daughters grew and flourished under their unwavering guidance and support.

Jack's success as a business owner spanned an impressive four decades. The arrival of three grandchildren, Emily-Ann Munoz, Ashton Elaine Helbling, and Gunther Von Helbling, brought immeasurable happiness to Jack's world. And when the great-grandson Declan Orion Dillon joined the family, Jack's heart overflowed with joy. Family celebrations, and particularly the holidays, held a special place in Jack's heart, with Christmas being his favorite time of year. The laughter, love, and togetherness were the greatest gifts he ever received.
