

Judith “Judy” Anne Barnhill (née Woodward) died peacefully at home on January 6th in Brentwood, California at the age of 79. Judy is survived by her husband, James Conner of Brentwood, CA; children, Richard Durocher of Fairfield, CA, Stacey Durocher of Concord, CA and Harvey Durocher of Lodi, CA; grandchildren Samuel Durocher of Napa, CA, Kaeli Durocher and Chloe Durocher of Concord, CA; stepdaughter Emily Conner and step granddaughter Chloe Sabin of San Diego, CA.
Judy was born on June 15th, 1945 in San Diego, CA to Donald and Anne Woodward. She graduated from El Capitan High School in 1963. She relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area shortly after high school and remained in the area for the rest of her life.
Judy worked in accounting for many years before opening her own business in Walnut Creek designing and selling bespoke home furnishings and interior decor.
Throughout her life, Judy was an avid windsurfer, artist, gardener and equestrian who loved cooking, baking, reading, solving puzzles and laughing.
She was a beautiful woman with a beautiful heart and warm smile who will be dearly missed by her friends and family.
