Dick, Donald Albert
Age 80, previously from Columbus, Ohio and residing in Brentwood, TN at the time of his death, passed away April 27, 2014 after a long illness.
Preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Mabel Dick, sister, Janet Weingarten and son, John Dick.
Don is survived by his wife of 56 years, Caroline Harrington Dick, daughter, Adele and son-in-law, Greg Sparks of Brentwood, TN, grandchildren, Whitney, Elle and Jackson, brother, David ( Carol) Dick and sister, Diane (David) Domer both of Brockton, MA.
Don was originally from Fremont, Ohio. He attended Case Western Reserve University, where he obtained his Bachelors in Engineering. He went on to obtain his Masters in Management at MIT as a Sloan fellow. He also served in the Army. He later held executive positions with three of the operating companies with American Electric Power. His interests included, investing, walking, hiking and tennis. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.
