Jeffrey Douglas Watlington, age 66, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on December 28, 2024. He was born on September 3, 1958, in Danville, Virginia, to his beloved mother Nancy Carol Day and step father James Alton Day, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by his beloved grandmother, Mildred Liner.
Jeff was a devoted husband to his wife, Joann Watlington, whom he married on December 6, 1993, in Nashville.
For the past 20 years, Jeff was the proud owner of Time Machine Resin, a business he built with passion and dedication. His love for cars, both full-sized and model, was a central part of his life. He was an active member of various car and model car clubs and could often be found sharing his enthusiasm for vehicles with friends and fellow enthusiasts. Jeff was also a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Alabama football, always cheering for his teams with pride.
In addition to his wife, Joann, Jeff is survived by his sister, Donna Day Copen (Dennis), and many extended family members, including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of Jeff's life will take place at a later date. The family extends their gratitude for the love and support during this time of loss.
