John Edward EUBANK, age 50, of Brentwood, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021. John was born October 27, 1970 in Nashville, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his mother, Page Cannon Anderson and his father, John O. Eubank.
He is survived by his siblings, Ann K. Eubank and Allen Dobson (Holly) Eubank, Nephews, Will Hathaway, Hayden Eubank and Christopher Hanson.
