Linda Lane Maxey

Linda was employed at McLean Trucking Company for over 20 years in conjunction with managing Brentwood Lawnmower Shop with her husband of 36 years, Buren Maxey.

Linda was a member of Crieve Hall Church of Christ. She was considered an icon in the Brentwood Community. Linda always had an open door for anyone who was in need.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Buren Maxey; parents, Dewey and Bertha Lane; brothers, Raymond and William Earl Lane; sisters, Dana Helton and Mildred Jo Rochelle.

Linda is survived by daughter, Shirley M. Vaughn (Kelly); grandchildren, Christopher Adair and Cassidy Adair Ganey (Sean); great-granddaughter, Piper Rylee Ganey; siblings, Lucille Powell (James) and Wilma Jean Hammers; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from four o’clock in the evening until eight on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Brentwood Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. A second visitation will be from noon until two o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Brentwood Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at two.
