Timothy Dwight Waters

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Timothy Dwight Waters (Brentwood, TN) on Nov. 18, 2021 at the age of 53. Tim was born in Ft. Worth. Texas and grew up in Chattanooga, TN. Tim is survived by his loving wife, Nancy C. Waters and son, Jake Thomas Waters both of Brentwood, a step daughter Julie Mays, Costa Mesa, CA, parents Dwight and Nancy Waters, brother and two nephews, Leo and Timmy Waters of Chattanooga. Tim graduated from Ooltewah High School. He later attended MTSU where he graduated Suma Cume Lauda with degrees in Sound Engineering and Business. He worked several years at Emerald Studio on Music Row as a sound engineer. Most recently he worked as a Project Manager for Global Tech Link designing educational programs and devices used in prisons.

Tim’s favorite times were those with his wife and son. They attended Nolensville Baptist Church. He will be greatly missed by many loving family members and countless friends.

A celebration of his wonderful life will be scheduled at a later date.
