ASHWORTH, Charles, Jr., age 85 of Spring Hill passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Highland Pines Rehab and Nursing Center in Clearwater. Born in Whitman, MA he came to this area in 2001 from Bridgewater, MA. He was a the head cashier for Fernandes Supermarket and member of the VFW, both in Massachusetts. He was predeceased by his wife: Helen and son: Chuck. Survivors include his son: David of Woonsocket, RI; daughter & son-in-law: Lori & Wade Gowen of Spring Hill; brother: Robert of E. Bridgewater, MA; grandchildren: David & Nicholas Ashworth and Amanda (David) Coombs and great grandchild: Aiden Coombs. Services will take place at a later date in Whitman, MA.
