ROTTER, Charles A., age 58 of Spring Hill died Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at HPH Hospice Care Center in Brooksville. Born in Queens, NY he came to this area 7 years ago from Port Jefferson, LI, NY. He was a Mental Health Specialist, U.S. Navy Vietnam Era Veteran, former member of the Moose Lodge in NY and of the Christian Faith. Survivors include his brother: Arthur T. Rotter of Brooksville; sisters & brothers-in-law: Janice L. DeFiore, Linda A. & Alan Gagg and Patricia R. & Gasper Puricelli, all of Spring Hill and many nieces and nephews. Visitation for friends will be 2-4pm & 6-8pm Sunday, July 17, 2011 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel. A funeral service will be conducted 11am, Monday, July 18, 2011 at Grace World Outreach Church, Brooksville. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fl.
