He was born October 2, 1970 in Warren, Ohio and came to Hernando Beach three years ago from Youngstown, Ohio. He was a retired police officer serving Washingtonville Police Department in Ohio. He was a parishioner of St. Brendan Catholic Church in Youngstown, Ohio.
He is preceded by his father, Bernard Kupec. He is survived by his mother, Cheryl A. Christopherson; grandmother, Betty F. Eaton; sisters, Kimberly Golden (Wesley Garrett) of Gainesville, Florida, Tracey Garatzer (Chris) of Greenwood, Indiana, Heather Christopherson (Vitaly Kasatin) and Ashley Christopherson (Michael Hernandez) of High Springs, Florida; and nieces and nephews.
