

ROBERTS, Curtis Emory, age 67 of Dade City, FL died Friday, January 27, 2006 at Pasco Regional Medical Center. He came to Dade City 41 years ago from his native, Bell, Florida. He was the founder and owner/operator of Roberts Vault Company, Dade City and was the first company to sell burial vaults to a cemetery in the state of Florida. His first experience in the industry was in South San Francisco where he met his wife of 49 years, Donna. He was a member of the Zephyrhills Church of Christ. Survivors include his Wife: Donna; Daughters & Son-in-law: Vonnie & Terry Scott and Cindy Barthle; Sons & Daughters-in-law: Steve & Stacey Roberts, Craig & Susan Roberts, Gregg & Deana Roberts all of Dade City, FL; Sisters: Elba Nettles of Bell, FL, Florice Arnold of Branford, FL and Joan Bass of Live Oak, FL; 17 Grandchildren: Mickey Bearden, Zack Scott, Josh Barthle, Chelsea Barthle, Lacey Roberts, Blake Roberts, Logan Roberts, Rachel Roberts, Kevin Roberts, Rebecca Roberts, Dawson Roberts, Colton Roberts, Amanda Roberts, Brandon Roberts, Timothy Rogers, Billy Scott and Kielynn McKinney; one great grandson: Dominick Rogers. Visitation for friends will be 6 - 8pm, Monday, January 30, 2006 at the Hodges Family Funeral Home, 301 Chapel, Dade City, FL where funeral services will be conducted 2:00pm, Tuesday, January 31, 2006 with Preacher Harry Rice officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Dade City, FL.
