Earl was born in Waupaca, Wisconsin and moved here a few months ago from Washington. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army. He was a repairman for lawn maintenance equipment and was of the Lutheran faith.
Survivors include his son: William Smiley; daughters: Angela Boyd, Gloria Snack; brother: George Jensen; sister: Elaine Brightman; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
