He was born August 8, 1928 in Bronx, New York and attended Cardinal Hayes High School in the Bronx. He came to Brooksville 14 years ago from Queens, New York and was formerly of New York City. He worked for The Haloid Company which then became Xerox as a manager for 30 years and was a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Parker is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Margaret “Meg” (Hughes) Parker; sons, Stephen Parker and Richard Parker; daughters, Catherine Attridge and Margaret Barone; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am, Thursday, February 27, 2020 at St. Anthony the Abbot Catholic Church, with Reverend Paul Pecchie officiating.
