He was born January 2, 1947 in Glens Falls, New York and came to the area 16 years ago from Queensbury, New York. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and a quarry superintendent with Leigh Cement Company in Glens Falls. He was a life member of the DVA and American Legion Post 6196. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, old cars, but family was number one.
He is preceded in death by his son, Gary Earl Maille II. He is survived by his wife: Donna Maille of Spring Hill, Florida; daughter: Tammy Silvernell of Lake George, New York; brother: Emmanuel Maille of Argyle, New York; sister: Connie Van Etten of the Villages, Florida; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
