Ride in heaven big guy. I miss you like crazy and it's only been 5 days. Sending prayers to his family and everyone who knew him. You will forever be missed. Love you Gary.

My deepest condolences to the Mitchell family.  I did not get to know Gary as well as I would have liked to.  I only met him a couple years ago when I began riding dirt bikes again.  I was hesitant to even bring up dirt bikes at such a sensitive time but its the only way my life was touched by such a wonderful person.  Aside from talking on the starting line and after races we also became friend on Facebook.  As superficial as that sounds it did give me a deeper understanding of his overall love of life, and especially his love of family and his many close friends.  I will miss his big smile, his warm personality, and his big heart.  Ride on in heaven, my friend.  I will miss you like so many others.

I am so sorry to hear about my friend gary who I have worked with at comanco for long time. Me and him had shared alot about our hunting deer thru-out the years and he always did better than me! God bless him and all of the family. Just remember there will be a day when we will meet him again in sweet heaven above where he is rejoicing with god now and in no pain. Comanco family and I will never forget you gary.

Wishing you peace to bring comfort and courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.  May you be comforted by the outpouring of love surrounding you.

For the short time I knew Junior. I never met anyone who had such a willingness to laugh and smile.  A gracious man of honor.   He will be missed.

My condolences to the Mitchell family and friends.  I know nothing can be said that will bring back your Father, Brother, or Grandpa. And for the COMANCO employees and Gary's co-workers, nothing can bring back our mentor, coach,  friend,  and leader.  However I do know this,  Gary was great at letting people find out if they could accomplish something without him giving the answer.  Gary would want us to do it ourselves and find out how it will all work out.  He left a lasting impression in many peoples hearts and minds.  His kindness, humility, respectfulness, and this smile that resembled a smirk will never be forgotten.  God Speed.

It's hard to believe that you are no longer here with us, it's a very hard thing to grasp.  We all knew you were bulletproof and would always be around.  Thank you for all the fun, laughs and games.
