He was born October 28, 1947 in Southampton, New York and came to the area 21 years ago. He was a United States Navy veteran and a chef of over 25 years in the nursing home industry. He was a parishioner of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church and former member of the Kiwanis Club.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years: Stephanie White; daughter: Deirdre White of New York; brother and sister-in-law: James & Darlene White of Southampton, New York; sisters and brother-in-law: Jane & John Bennett of Southampton, New York and Kathy Taylor of South Carolina.
Services to be held in Southampton, New York with interment at Calverton National Cemetery at a later date.
