Jeanette M Marquis

 MARQUIS, Jeanette Mary, 78 of Port St. Lucie passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on February 12, 2015. Born January 29, 1937 in Danbury, CT, Jeanette was a longtime resident of Brookfield, Ct before moving to Florida in 1982. She is survived by her 6 children: Kenneth, David, Stephen, Renee, Janine, Dawn and sister: Rose as well as 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Raymond, daughter Cindy, parents, Peter Sailer and Mabel Pesente Sailer, Aunt Angie and Uncle Pete and grandson, Bryan, Jr. Jeanette enjoyed playing bingo, cards, puzzles and spending time with family and friends. Beloved mother, grandmother and friend, Jeanette will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday, February 20, 2015 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel. A funeral mass will be conducted at 1pm Saturday, February 21, 2015 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Spring Hill, FL. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Treasure Coast Hospice.
