He is survived by his wife: Tina Matassa of Spring Hill, Florida; daughter: Arabella Boulware of Spring Hill, Florida; father: Robert S. Boulware; mother: Susan F. Peach of Spring Hill, Florida; brother: Christopher Boulware of Spring Hill, Florida; sister: Erin Darby of Zephyrhills, Florida.
A Visitation for family and friends will take place from 4:00-7:00pm, Monday, October 15, 2018 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel, where Funeral Services will begin at 7:00pm.
